South Africa\, we coul dn’t resist bringing Anjunadeep back!
This past summer we celebrated all things South African\, with Anjunadeep's first-ever Open Air shows in Johannesburg and Cape Town \, along with an Anjunadeep EP featuring the hottest in South African soun ds from Da Capo\, Karyendasoul\, Cornelius\, DJ Buhle and more.
We had such a great time that w e knew we had to lock in another round of dates for 2025: Johannesburg on March 21 and Cape Town on March 22. International artists announcement com ing soon\, and its big!
Refund Policy
We have formulated a refund policy to protect you and all stakeholders as fairly as possible.
Refunds may be requested at any time prior to t he day before the starting date of the event by sending a cancellation not ice to support@howler.co.za.
Refunds are processed in one of two ways - Client Cancellations or For ced Cancellations. Refund policy below applies to all ticket types.
Client Cancellatio n
More than 30 da ys prior to the event
50% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & tra nsaction fee refunded (50% cancellation fee).
Between 7 – 30 days prior to the event
25% of the ori ginal ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded ( 75% cancellation fee).
Less than 7 days prior to the event
10% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded (90% cancellation fee).
The day of the even t or during the event
Strictly no refunds.
After the event
Strictly no refunds.
Forced Cancellations
More than 30 days prior to the event< /strong>
85% of the origina l ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded (15% cancellation fee).
Between 14 - 30 days prior to the event
75% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transaction fee refunded (25% cancellation fee).
Less than 14 days p rior to the event
50% of the original ticket purchase price excluding booking & transac tion fee refunded (50% cancellation fee).
